Rudham School Uniform – Hope Federation

The recommended uniform is as follows:

Outdoor	Red school fleece

All children need a coat for outdoor play in the winter months or for inclement weather.

Physical Education

P.E. days will be announced at the beginning of each school year. It is a statutory part of the National Curriculum. Children wear their kit to school on P.E. days. All children need to have:

Red or white T-shirt
Black or navy shorts
Plimsolls/trainers
Black or navy tracksuit bottoms
Red fleece (no hoodies)
Swimming hat*
Swimming costume*
Towel*
Football boots and other additional kit may be needed.

* You will be informed when these items are required to avoid unnecessary expense.

Please can all school uniform items be named.

Jewellery

Watches are worn at your child’s own risk and, to prevent injury to themselves and others must be removed during P.E. activities. Where children have their ears pierced, studs should be worn but be removed during all P.E. activities. Other jewellery should not be worn except items of religious significance. Make up and nail varnish are not permitted.
