FOOTWEAR
Needs to be sensible, safe and comfortable, preferably in black, brown or blue. Easy fasteners for younger children are preferable. High, stacked heels or sling backs are not permitted as they are a safety risk.
SWIMMING
Costume or trunks (no long trunks or Bermuda shorts, and no bikinis)
Towel (named)
Cap if desired
These should be kept in a NAMED WATERPROOF bag. Long hair must be tied back and jewellery removed.
JEWELLERY
Jewellery, apart from watches and small stud earrings, is not permitted at school. No jewellery of any kind may be worn during P.E. or swimming lessons. Nail varnish and make up are not permitted in school. Long hair should be tied back.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
An old shirt or apron is required for Art lessons for all years except Reception.
P.E. Kit
House T-Shirt or White T-Shirt
Blue or black shorts
Tracksuit trousers
Jumper or Sweatshirt (not their school jumper)
Spare socks (in case they get wet feet)
Gloves (Optional – for cold weather)
Non-marking trainers or plimsolls for indoor PE
Trainers suitable for outdoor use. If your child wears earrings, please make sure they can remove them or they do not wear them on PE days. Full PE kit (in a named bag) must be in school every day.
